That constant is invariant, if we expand the number
digit by digit as if it would be a continued fraction then
the number is the same.
That is : [0,1,0,8,4,1,0,1,5,...], of course the '0' have
to be collapsed, as seen as a continued fraction has a
decimal expansion which is 0.0108410151223111...
